Nick, Roni and their family are well known in the Bunbury food industry. As the creators of Nicola's Ristorante' in 1996 Nick & Roni received Best BYO Restaruant Award 6 years in a row until the sale of the restaurant in 2002.
After taking a short break from the kitchen to grow their family, Roni & Nick then went on to open Amorish Food Bar & Catering Co in 2005. Now a thriving small business, Amorish has quickly become a household name in catering.
